About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment & Mobilisation Administrators who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work autonomously in a full‑time capacity, reporting to the Contract Support Superintendent.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast paced and dynamic industry. Working with a close knit team, this role will enable you to further develop your skills within the Mining & Resources industry sectors with exposure to multiples sites and disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment and mobilisation for blue collar roles.
  • Build and maintain current and new talent pools
  • Advertisements on Seek/LinkedIn/Facebook etc
  • Screening and sending candidates to the clients in a timely manner
  • Work very closely with internal and external Operational Stakeholders and Onsite Leadership teams
  • Undertake any ad-hoc projects

About You

    • 2+ years experience within the Recruitment scope
    • Shutdown Recruitment experience is desirable
    • Competent in use of MS Office
    • Motivated, passionate and have good initiative
    • Strong communication skills with an ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Strong computer and administration skills
    • MyPass / Page Up / FastTrack System Exposure (Advantageous)
    • A demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
